Historic GU Ban's Ban

We have found out that Carnage has been involved in the development and distribution of "subtle" cheats posting and collaborating on some secret cheat forums lead by a bunch of major offenders and abusers who operate on all kinds of BzFlag servers. We have lost the trust on Carnage as a player and clean member of the gu community. Therefore, we have decided to re-establish his permanent ban from GU league.
